BAKING FOR THE HOLIDAYS? Have you started planning your holiday meals and goodies? Culinary Arts Superintendent Louise Bershers would love your tried-and-true recipes to include in the new North Idaho Fair Cookbook. Cookies? Pies? Cakes? Main and side dishes? Appetizers? She'd love them all! or even a few. Once printed, the cookbook would be sold at the Fair Office and at the Fair, August 25-29, 2010.
