Vendors
NOTE: IF YOU ARE A FOOD VENDOR, REFER TO INFORMATION AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.
A vendor booth is a wonderful way to promote your business or non-profit group.
More than 240 vendors participated in Fair 2009, which had an attendance of nearly 74,000 visitors.
You first need to complete an Application For Vendor Space in its entirety and return it as quickly as possible.
For additional information on becoming a Vendor, contact Ginny Carper, Vendor Coordinator,
at 208/765-4969 or at ginny@northidahofair.com.
The Vendor Application Process
- In the event we are able to offer you space in the 2010 Fair, we will contact you to discuss cost and location before sending you a contract. Please note that in an effort to maintain a balanced variety in our buildings and midways, consideration of applications is based upon space availability and the number of similar or like products currently booked.
- Booth Cost & Locations - Prices for booth space vary according to size and location. Booth location is determined based on your space needs and available openings at the time of establishing a contract. Contact Ginny at the Fair Office for more information.
- Booth Design - Inside spaces come with booth drapery 3 feet high along the sides and 8 feet high along the back. You will need to provide your own display material, such as shelves, tables, etc. Also, for outside booths, you must provide your own ground covering and shading.
- Times of Operation - All Vendors must keep their booths open and staffed with proper attendants from 10 am to 10 pm Wednesday through Saturday and 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday.

All food vendors that participated in Fair 2009 will be invited to return in 2010.
